The Doll and Teddy Bear sale to be held on the 31st March features a large collection of Charlie Bears, including rabbits, kittens, pixies and gnomes. Further teddy bears include Steiff, Merrythought, Chad Valley, Gund Elvis Presley bears and many others. The sale also comprises plush teddys, TY beanie bears and TV related soft toys, including Bagpuss, Teletubbies, Sesame Street and Disney. Dolls in this sale include vintage and costume dolls, hard plastic, Vinyl, cloth and modern bisque, plus newborn baby dolls, dolls furniture, prams and clothing. The sale will also include vintage games, toys, jigsaws, magazines and comics, plus Golly collectables, My little Pony, Rainbow Brite and Care Bears.
The Model Train sale to be held on the 26th of March features OO Gauge British Outline from Hornby and Bachmann, including a large selection of ex shop stock locomotives and rolling stock. HO USA & Continental Outline from Bachmann, boxed and unboxed North American Outline, plus further ex-shop stock locomotives, coaches and freight cars from Genesis, Walthers, Athearn, Atlas, Proto 2000, Bachmann and others. The sale continues with N Gauge, Hoe Scale, Hornby Dublo 2- and 3 -rail, Triang, and Wrenn. Plus OO/HO Brass, Kit/Kitbuilt, and Live Steam; Meccano & Other Constructional Toys, G Gauge & Larger; Hornby, Further and Modern O Gauge, Kit/Kitbuilt, OM30, Books, Magazines and our usual good selection of General Trains.
The Specialist sale held on the 16th of March included a number of boxed and unboxed, single and group lots from Matchbox, Corgi, Dinky, Minichamps, Bburago, Brooklin Models and many others. Lots included Mettoy, Wells Brimtoy and Meccano trains and railway items, Corgi Aviation Archive, military vehicles and aircraft, plus Matchbox Models of Yesteryear trade boxes. The North East Benbros, TV Series & Mighty Midget Collection featured horse drawn carts, motorcycles, emergency vehicles, military vehicles and cars plus others; and there were two further private owner collections. A Shop Stock Dinky Collection, including ex-shop stock taken from trade packs as well as sealed and shrink-wrapped trade boxes; and The French Collection, 149 lots from Dinky, Corgi, FJ (France), CIJ, Solido, Norev, Joel, Mebetoys, Politoys and many others.
The General Toy sale to be held on the 19th of March features group lots from Corgi, Lledo, Dinky, Matchbox, Oxford Diecast and RAE Models, plus others. Groups include fire related models, Dinky Military vehicles, Corgi Hauliers of Renown, Aviation Archive and Classic Commercials; Wiking Modelles, Scalextric and Star Wars items. There are a number of books, including football related, History, Observer books and Terry Pratchett, plus CDs and DVDs, soft toys, children’s toys and games, railway items, Playmobil and Lego. The sale will also include a number of vintage electronic games, consoles and accessories, including Atari, Xbox and Commodore 64.
The TV and Film related sale held on the 9th of March featured a large collection of vintage Star Wars carded figures, diecast vehicles and ex-shop stock Lego sets. Further items included carded figures and boxed vehicles from Visionaries, M.A.S.K, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Master of The Universe. The sale also included Subbuteo, Action Man, and other TV and film related toys and figures.
