The Model Train sale held on the 23rd of July started with OO Gauge British Outline from Hornby, Bachmann, Heljan and Mainline, followed by HO Scale American & Continental Outline from Marklin, Roco, Piko and Rivarossi, plus another great selection of ex shop stock items from Genesis, Atlas, Athearn, MTH and much more. The sale also included N Scale locomotives and rolling stock from Graham Farish, Kato and Athearn. Further items included Hornby Dublo, Triang, Wrenn, HO Brass and OO Gauge Kitbuilt. There was a single owner collection of Hornby O Gauge passenger, and tank goods sets, plus locos and tenders. The sale also included Meccano & Other Constructional Toys, Live Steam, G Gauge 1 & Larger, Hornby and other O Gauge, Railwayana and our usual good selection of General Trains.

Marklin HO 3-rail Digital 2681 "The Imperial Court Train of Kaiser Wilhelm II", comprising 4-6-0 Royal Prussian Railroad Administration green livery Class S10 Steam Loco No.1008 complete with all paperwork including Historical Booklet of the Period, condition Excellent Plus to Near Mint in Good Plus to Excellent picture box, 3 x Coach Packs (9264/2681 containing Saloon Car for the Empress and Attendance Car for Gentlemen, 9265/2681 containing Saloon Car for the Emperor and Imperial Court Train Baggage Car, 9267/2681 containing Attendance Car for the Ladies and Imperial Court Dining Car with galley), all coaches are in cream and royal blue, conditions are Excellent Plus to Near Mint in Excellent to Excellent Plus boxes. Meccano rare Electrical Outfit which includes the "SECO" Accumulator, nickel plated electric motors stamped to one side "Meccano New York Made in USA", 4 x small boxes with lamp/lamp holders, insulating brushes and washers, nuts and bolts together with screws and terminals together with the instructions in four languages for the first charge of the accumulator battery type 4/5 M1. A rare and interesting set which includes the accumulator (often missing) together with instructions date code 7/20 all contained in early leatherette style original box, box lid missing two end flaps otherwise Fair to Good with coloured picture label to box lid.

A.C.M.E. HO 70080 FS "Frecciabianca" Train Pack containing Bo-Bo cream and red livery type E402 Overhead Electric Loco No.E402 174-3, 2 x 1st Class Coaches along with 2nd Class Driving Trailer Car, conditions are Near Mint to Mint in Near Mint to Mint box.

Hornby Dublo 3-rail EDL7 0-6-2 GWR green Tank Loco No.6231 (with Duchess of Atholl number to bunker sides), possible factory error, damage to numbers 2 & 1 on bunker right side, minor corrosion to handrail knobs on right side of smokebox also paint loss to smokebox door and section below, condition generally Good to Good Plus in generally Good medium blue box with both end packing pieces and printed cover strip and GW sticker to one end of lid (a rare model).

Hornby Dublo 3-rail EDG7 pre-war Tank Goods Set containing 3 x GWR Goods Wagons (Open Wagon, Box Van and Brake Van) along with oval of track and empty oil bottle but loco and controller are missing, some minor paint loss to edge of box van roof and small dent to roof on brake van but no obvious signs of fatigue, conditions are Good Plus to Excellent in generally Good box base with inserts, lid is Poor with split corners and one end flap missing but information end flap is intact and includes GW sticker.

Hornby O Gauge E220 4-4-2 Tank Loco Southern black No.E492, 20 volt electric. Loco has been expertly repainted, lined and transferred.

Wrenn W2274 (5-pole) 4-6-0 LMS maroon Royal Scot Class Loco No.6125 "Lancashire Witch", right side smoke deflector detached from handrail, condition Excellent to Excellent Plus in generally Good Plus box with some scuff marks to edges of lid, base stamped 4692 (believed to be a late issue 1992 model).

SMT (Key Imports) Korean Brass HO 4-4-6-4 Pennsylvania Railroad Q-2 Duplex Steam Loco No.6175 complete with 16-wheel Bogie Tender with Brakeman's Hut to rear, condition Mint in Near Mint to Mint box.
