Job Title: Office Manager
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000, per annum based on experience
Hours: 35 hours per week. 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Our team of collectable toy experts have a wealth of knowledge in all genres of collectables from Star Wars to Barbie, Trains to Military Figures, Matchbox to Vinyl, Sports Memorabilia to Pokemon and a whole lot more.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to join our management team. This is a pivotal role assisting the Finance Director in overseeing our internal operations, manage the marketing and customer service teams, and supporting staff coordination across departments. The successful candidate will be a confident multitasker with strong leadership and communication skills.
This role also includes occasionally representing the company at industry events such as exhibitions and toy fairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management
- Supervise the Customer Service department to ensure timely, professional support to buyers and sellers.
- Monitor customer feedback and work to continuously improve the customer journey.
- Support client retention and satisfaction through CRM tools and strategies.
- Personally handle all escalated customer complaints with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
- Marketing Management
- Oversee the in-house marketing team and coordinate campaigns to promote auctions and brand awareness.
- Coordinate event logistics and support on-site operations and promotion.
- Ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
- Staff and Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, team coordination, and workflow optimization.
- Lead, mentor, and support staff across departments, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor KPIs and report to Finance Director on departmental performance.
- Administrative Oversight
- Implement and refine office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with legal, health, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Experience within marketing and/or customer service teams.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, digitally focused environment.
