Christmas Charity Craft Fair and Farmers Market at Teesside Caravans

Saturday 16^th December 10.00am – 3.00pm

Come and join in the fun at this cracking Christmas family event. Keep the little ones entertained whilst you finish off your shopping and sample some of the best food and drink the area has to offer!!

This is a charity event and the proceeds from the raffle, Santa’s Grotto (we ask for a donation rather than a set fee), plus a percentage of the stall fees will go to a local charity – Home Start Teesside. (For more information on this charity click here - http://www.homestart-teesside.org.uk/).

The event is indoors (nice and toasty warm!) and offers the following -

• Christmas Choir / Music

There is something for everyone as we have over 90 stands offering preserves, cakes, popcorn, sweets, gin, vodka, flavoured teas, paper crafts, cards, gift sets, perfume sets, handmade gifts, upcycled and recycled gifts, individual jewellery, knitted wares, home décor, candles and wax melts, Christmas decorations, dog treats and clothing, woodcraft and artisan teddy bears to mention just a few.

We will again be holding a charity raffle in aid of Home Start Teesside who will be in attendance on the day to answer any questions regarding the charity. Raffle prizes have been donated by the stall holders and staff.

The fair will run from 10.00am until 3.30pm.

The Specialist sale to be held on the 5th of December features no fewer than ten private owner collections plus Dinky, Corgi, Continental, Foreign and British made diecast; TV & Film related and a selection of General Toys. The private owner collections include boxed and unboxed Corgi and Dinky cars, commercials, gift sets, construction vehicles, military and fire service vehicles. Plus scalextric groups; French Dinky military, plastic kits, CMC 1/18^th scale, Exoto, Autoart, Airfix, Burago, Maisto, and many others, plus magazines, comics and leaflets.

Specialist & Tinplate Toy Sale -- Wednesday 6th December 2017 10:30 AM

The Specialist & Tinplate Toy Sale which was held on the 6th of December featured four Private owner collections including “The South Yorkshire Collection”, over 290 lots of Corgi and Dinky, boxed and unboxed cars, buses, commercials vehicles and gift sets. “The Colin Roper Collection”, 227 lots of Britains, Ertl, Universal Hobbies and modern issue, Siku and others; and “The Derngate Museum Collection”, a fantastic collection of wooden and other material ships, boats and liners by Bassett-Lowke and similar makers. The sale also included Aviation Archive, Schuco racing sets, and a large selection of tinplate and plastic toys including clockwork and friction drive vehicles, figures, novelty toys and ships, plus toys by Triang Minic, Meccano, Mettoy and many more.

Highlight Lots Include:

The dolls and teddy bear sale to be held on the 23^rd of November features a collection from the ‘Bear Bits’ Archive, including prototypes and artists bears. The sale will also include German and French bisque dolls, composition, hard plastic and vinyl dolls. Pedigree Sindy and Mattel Barbie dolls and accessories; puppets, modern bisque dolls, children’s toys and games, annuals, books, vintage clothing and accessories, dolls houses, furniture and accessories, Disney Beanies, Steiff dolls, bears and characters and artists bears.
