A Specialist Sale featuring the Andy White Collection was held on the 8th of May and comprised 718 lots. Models included boxed and unboxed cars, commercials and gift sets from Triang Spot-On; Budgie Toys trucks and haulage; plus motorcycles, cars and tankers from Morestone Series and racing cars, tankers and trucks from Crescent Toys. Further items included a large collection of Corgi models including Whizzwheels, Chipperfield Circus, Gift Sets and Military. With James Bond and TV and Film related, Aircraft, Corgi Kits, racing and road cars, tractors and farm vehicles plus haulage and Transport. The sale concluded with boxed and Perspex cased Dinky models including military, trade boxes, lorries and trucks, buses and coaches plus TV and Film, as well as French and Spanish Dinky.

 

 

The Crystal Heart Collection on the 25th of April featured over 500 lots from a private owner collection. The sale started with over 130 lots of vintage diecast, including boxed Corgi cars, trucks, and Gift Sets, Corgi Rockets; Dinky, including French and Spanish and Mini Dinky (Hong Kong), plus Triang Spot-On, European and Continental diecast, and Matchbox. There were 48 white metal and resin models from Brooklin, Lansdowne and others, plus plastic battery-operated vehicles from Victory, and other mixed plastic and tinplate groups. Modern diecast and resin models included manufacturers such as Neo, Minichamps, Vanguards, and Corgi, including TV and Film related, Heavy Haulage and Pickfords vehicles.  The sale also included 1/18th scale models from Otto Mobile, Kyosho and Revell, plus iconic TV and Film related vehicles from James Bond, Knight Rider, Dukes of Hazard, The A-Team, Ghost Busters, and Gerry Anderson films.

 

 

The Model Train sale held on the 26th of April started with a good selection of OO Gauge British Outline, plus HO USA & Continental Outline, and N Gauge locomotives and rolling stock. Further items included Triang Railways and Triang Minic Motorway and vehicles, Wrenn Railways and Bing Table Top electric and clockwork locomotives, coaches and rolling stock; plus, Hornby, modern and further O Gauge. There was a large collection of large-scale models including Gauge 1 & Larger, plus Part 2 of The North Wales Collection - including further Large scale locomotives, coaches and rolling stock, track and buildings; and a Single Owner G Gauge Collection of LGB G Gauge catalogue reference and Garden Railway Specialists items.  The sale concluded with an American Outline S Gauge model, Books, Magazines & Catalogues, Meccano & Other Constructional Toys and our usual good selection of General Trains.

The General Toy Sale held on the 20th of March featured a large collection of Corgi models, including Chipperfield Circus, Aviation Archive, Police and Emergency vehicles, Heavy Haulage, Truckfest, Haulers of Renown, Eddie Stobart, plus Curtainside, Fridge and Tipper groups. Other items included tinplate friction drive cars; plastic aircraft, military, cars, and motorcycle kits; Dinky, Onyx, Lledo, Vanguards, Matchbox, Scalextric, Minichamps racing cars, and Formula 1 figures, James Bond magazine issues and TV & Film related vehicles and toys. The sale also included trade catalogues, and magazines, Picture Pride display cabinets, “Action Max, the first real action game system” trade boxes, Barbie dolls and much more.
