Warrington-Runcorn New Town Development Plan - People & Industry LP (2021 UK Limited Edition, Blue & White Marbled Vinyl, includes printed inner sleeve, in original seal though has been opened) Vinyl condition sleeve appears Excellent within generally similar condition outer and inner sleeves. See photo.
