Lot 295 - "The Beatles" Signatures. The signatures are on the front cover of the Middlesbrough Evening Gazette for Saturday November 16th 1963. The Gazette produced a special 20 page supplement for the visit of The Beatles to Stockton on Tees the following week the 23rd November 1963. This 20 page supplement shows The Beatles with individual photographs to the front cover where each photograph has been over-signed by the Beatles and the supplement has articles on Cliff Richards, The Shadows, The Tremeloes, The Searchers, Billy Fury, Elvis Presley and many others. We understand this was obtained at a charity dinner raffle draw soon after the concert in 1963. The supplement is approximately 15" x 12" in black and white and is showing age discolouration and some wear, this is a fine piece of memorabilia from their visit to the North East in November 1963. Previously sold through Vectis in 2009. Extremely rare.
