The tinplate, football and toy auction to be held on the 19th of June starts with a large collection of tinplate models from Schuco, Triang Minic, Shakleton, Marx and many more, lots include vehicles, buildings, space & novelty toys and accessories. Further items include groups of Solido, Corgi, Dinky, Matchbox and Danbury Mint. There are a number of military items in the auction, with cabinets, vintage children’s toys & games, clothing & uniforms and Scalextric. There is a large collection of football memorabilia, sport equipment and Subbuteo sets. Further items in the sale include a large collection of Brio train items, vintage gaming, TV & film related items, books, comics and DVDs.
Highlights include;
Lot 159 - Jouets Citroen Fire Engine, age relate wear, surface corrosion to plated parts, within Fair box (some tears and tobacco smell), would be a great display piece, Good, 19"/48cm.
