The Tinplate and Specialist sale to be held on the 14th of November starts with The London Decorative Tin Collection, 33 lots of unusual and scarce decorative biscuit and sweet tins; followed by further tinplate and plastic lots, including battery operated, clockwork and friction drive cars, ships and aircraft, plus games and novelty toys as well as a large pressed steel pedal Ferrari 156 car. The Porto Collection features boxed cars from Minichamps, Neo and Spark, plus Conrad Trucks, and Brooklin models, Lansdowne, Rob Eddie and other boxed cars. The Fylde Coast Collections includes Minichamps motorcycles and figures, plus Valentino Rossi figures, helmets and memorabilia, plus Corgi Classics and Chipperfield Circus. The sale also includes a Lego Railway Collection, Matchbox Regular wheels, Super Fast, Matchbox Models of Yesteryear, Major Packs, King Size and Super Kings plus racing cars, trucks, buses and more.

Matchbox Regular Wheels 30b Magirus-Deutz Crane Truck - Stannard Code 1 - tan body with silver trim, red jib & double arm hook, gloss black base, 20-tread grey plastic wheels - Good with some play wear and hook a little bent out of shape in Good "New Model" type C Lesney box (one inner end flap almost detached).

Dinky No.38e (50080) Armstrong Siddeley Coupe Trade Box containing 6 examples - 3 x green including ridged hubs, grey interior and 2 x grey, mid-blue ridged hubs, dark blue interior and grey including ridged hubs, dark blue interior - conditions vary from generally Good Plus to Excellent Plus - still lovely bright examples in a generally Good (small repairs to corner) lift off lid trade box - see photo.

Arnold or similar German made tinplate clockwork Warship - dark brown hull, light grey upper hull and superstructure, tan coloured decks, well detailed deck fittings including gun turrets, crane, control tower etc, the clockwork motor is in working order and comes with a key, together with the rudder to the rear, note the rudder has partially ceased due to corrosion and will need freeing. Some crazing to the grey paintwork at the side of the hull but still a Good scarce example, 15"/38cm long.

Matchbox Models of Yesteryear Y4 1930 Duesenberg Model J Town Car Pre-Production Colour Trial - white body with cast open roof cross, red chassis, dark yellow seats & roof, without model number to rear bumper, chrome 24-spoke wheels - Excellent Plus (rather thin factory paint finish to left hand side of body and a couple of tiny chips to wing edges in Good woodgrain window box. Rare and desirable model.

Matchbox Retailers Wood & Card Counter or Shop Window Display Stand to display Models of Yesteryear, King Size & Major Packs. This large wooden stand is complete with header card and is still contained in its original factory wooden packing crate although this crate is missing the lid it still retains one batten and is believed never to have been removed from this crate being consigned for sale as old shop stock from the Leicestershire area of the UK - Excellent Plus, packing case is only Fair but exceptionally rare to find complete with this case.

Large pressed steel Pedal Car model of a Ferrari 156 - scarce example produced around 1961 under license by a French Company Morellet Guerineau. This pedal car was originally marketed as the Ferrari Spa. The car has a red pressed steel body with original twin white speed stripes to the front bonnet and rear engine area, with racing number 5 to either side of the bonnet and "Ferrari" printed onto the front above the shark nose radiator grille. Fitted with a white interior seat, together with steerable front wheels, fitted with a replacement wire steering wheel but does still have its pedals, running gear and cranks in working order and driving the rear wheels. Missing its knock off hub caps but retains its rubber tyres - still otherwise a Fair to Good model of this classic racing car, 44"/112cm long.

Raphael Lipkin (UK) large scale plastic model of the Nuffield Universal 4 Farm Tractor - scarce plastic example is red, with rubber tyres and removable rubber exhaust stack (for storage), steerable front wheels, 9"/22cm long - an Excellent Plus example which has survived remarkably well and comes in a Good Plus colourfully illustrated box with both inner packing inserts and illustrated instruction slip.

Distler (Germany) tinplate clockwork "Four Ghia Car" - large scale model with red bodywork, plated parts, cream interior, tinprinted dashboard, rubber tyres including rear mounted spare wheel. The clockwork motor is in working order with adjustable gear lever and handbrake, slight surface corrosion to top of windscreen - otherwise an Excellent Plus to Near Mint bright example which does come with the original instruction slip.

William Crawford's Biscuits tinplate "Fairy Tree" Biscuit Tin/Money Box, designed by Lucie Atwell - scarce item from 1939 with tinprinted detail, the lower section contained the biscuits while the separate conical upper section was used as Money Box complete with slot - a Good scarce example standing 15"/38cm high.
