The John Gurney Collection - Part 2 was held on the 22nd of March at 10:30am. The sale featured over 690 lots of Durham Classic cars and vehicles featuring prototypes and limited editions. The comprehensive collection included many rarities, pre-production and harder to find models. John Gurney built up the collection over a number of years, and he was frequently in contact with collectors in Canada to acquire rare and hard to find issues which may not have been issued in the UK. This was one of the best collections of Durham Classic models to come onto market for sale.
