A pressed steel Ferrari Pedal Car circa 1960's - of Italian manufacturer, was bought by the vendors family in the mid 1960's and brought into the UK from Italy, in bright plated finish, lacks its badge to front and knock off hub caps, has had some mild sympathetic restoration with black painted lattice type spoked wheels, black painted steering wheel and front grille, still retains its rubber tyres, windscreen, exhaust pipe and manifold to each side and black PVC seat. The running gear pedals and cranks are in working order together with the steering and the interior has been repainted grey - would benefit from further polishing but otherwise a Good Plus very scarce example which displays well and is a one owner car! 50"/127cm long.
Estimate: £300 - £500 Sold For: £400
Triang Minic 1950's promotional London Transport Double Decker Bus - very scarce tinplate clockwork example produced as a rare promotional item for London Transport advertising of No.20 Cranbourn Street London WC2 in the 1950's. The model is finished in the standard orangey red with cream centre band, cast metal hubs with thick rubber tyres but has applied paper adverts on the nearside "Steradent" and on the offside "Transport Advertising Gets Things Moving". The destination transfers feature the address of the company, other paper stickers are applied to front and rear showing advertisements could be placed on full size buses. Also unusually this model has "British Transport" transfers to lower side panels instead of the usual London Transport. Some nicks and scratches and wear to some of the transfers and paper stickers, with some paint loss to the rear of the roof above the rear window - otherwise a Good very scarce example. This model is the first that Vectis has had and would probably have been used by sales representatives to demonstrate advertising space on full size buses.
Estimate: £200 - £300 Sold For: £200

CKO Kellermann No.353 "Socius" tinplate clockwork Motorcycle - silver bike with tinprinted detail, both riders wearing metallic brown effect overalls, motor in working order although there is no key as the bike turns the pillion passenger leans into the turn - Good, 5.5"/14cm long and comes in a Fair colourfully illustrated card box (2 corners of the box missing on one side).

Heavy model constructed from resin with clear plastic starboard side, revealing internal stretcher accommodation and cockpit detail, with porthole windows to the port side. The model is based on the complete fuselage and tailplane, only to facilitate display, white in colour with red lettering and cross to tailplane, very light storage wear but overall an Excellent example which is wired for internal illumination (UNTESTED).
