The Specialist Diecast sale to be held on the 16th of January features a large collection of Matchbox models and groups, including Regular Wheels, King Size, and Yesteryears, plus ”The Perfect Toy” MICA re-issues, and Lesney Giftware. Further items include Dinky buses and coaches, Scalextric and other slot cars and sets, Corgi and Dinky vehicles, and Meccano window/shop display cards and stickers. The sale also includes models from Kenna, Spa Croft, Pathfinder, Brooklin, Lansdowne, Minichamps, Franklin Mint and many more.

Lot 83 - Matchbox Models of Yesteryear Y16 1904 Spyker Tourer - rare maroon body without gold trim, dark green seats, brass 12-spoke wheels with black knobbly tyres and with single ejector ring mark on base under rear axle - extremely rare - usual loose seats, a few small chips on chassis edges but overall clean and bright, (previously sold by Vectis) - Good Plus to Excellent in good type D1 box illustrating two-tone green version.

Lot 619 - Dinky 920 Guy Warrior Van "Heinz" - scarce example with red cab and chassis, yellow van body and Supertoy hubs, advert with sauce bottle, fitted with windows and black knobbly tyres. small chip to nearside casting edge Excellent Plus clean bright example and comes in a Good blue & white striped card box.

Lot 622 - Dinky No.28k Pre-war Delivery Van "Marsh's Sausages" - type 1 "Dinky Toys" cast to underside of cab roof, dark green body with gold/ black lettering and logo to sides "Marsh's Sausages" with pig and trailer logo, tinplate radiator surround, bare metal wheels with some green colour wash - some light paint loss, mainly to van roof, rear body has movement. Good, displays well.
