Lot 611, a Saalheimer & Strauss Mickey Mouse German Tinplate winding toy sold in our 4th of March Tinplate Auction, and achieved a fantastic £12,250 (inclusive of Buyers Premium)

The rare and unusual Lot comes with a fixed key mechanism and when turned reveals a dancing action with moving eyes and teeth.

Marked on rear "By exclusive arrangement with Ideal Films Ltd. All rights reserved. Registered No 508041." Marked on back of right leg "Foreign", It also has an unusual five finger design.
