Matchbox Sale – The Ali Sarkarati Collection
27th & 28th of September 2018

To be featured over two days in September, The Ali Sarkarati Collection from California features 950 lots of exceptional Matchbox models, including pre-production Regular Wheels and Superfast as well as rare colour variations.

Some interesting pieces and giftsets, including for the American market – Promotional Spec-T, a 1969 blister pack of children’s throat lozenges plus a matchbox car, what better way to cheer up a child when they are ill! This collection has twenty of these gifts, the most we have seen at Vectis in one collection.

The main highlight of the collection is a 1970 reverse colour wreck truck which will be offered for auction with an estimate of £4,000-£5,000.




However it is prudent to know that there is something for every collector in this sale with lots starting from just £30.
