The Model Train sale which was held on the 17th of January featured OO Gauge British Outline and Kitbuilt, HO USA & Continental Outline, N Gauge, and Narrow Gauge, plus Hornby Dublo 2- and 3-rail; Wrenn, Triang Railways, Trix, and Bing Table Top. There were further items from the Lawrence Scale Models OO Gauge Single Owner Collection, a Single Owner Collection of Meccano & Other Constructional Toys, including Factory Display Models, Dealers Display cabinets, Sets/Outfits, Meccano Parts, Show Cards/Price Lists, Magazines and Catalogues plus others from further Vendors. The sale continued with Gauge 1 & Larger, G Gauge; Hornby, Modern, Finescale/Kitbuilt and narrow O Gauge, plus Jigsaws, Product Catalogues, Books & Magazines, Pictures & Prints and our usual good selection of General Trains.

OO Gauge Kitbuilt Ratio 6 x LNWR brown and white livery Bogie Coaches (2 x 1st/3rd, 2 x All 3rd, Brake 3rd and Brake 3rd with Central Guards Compartment), all are professionally built by David Lawrence and painted by Larry Goddard with both signing to the underside, condition Excellent. (6)

Meccano display model Mechanism Board. 1950's version mounted on a grey painted board measuring 19 1/2" (49cm) x 6 1/2" (16cm) x 24" tall (61cm). This display model shows 8 individual mechanisms mounted on the vertical grey board, 8 individual mechanism and 6 in working condition. Overall condition generally Excellent.

Meccano Outfit No.9 circa late 1940's with parts in red, green and black including flexible plates, angled girders, perforated strips, string, spanner, screwdriver, brassware including worms, gears, bevel gears and associated items. Contents generally Excellent to Excellent Plus all contained in a dark wood Meccano No.9 outfit box with lettering to box lid and internal box lid and includes instructions for Outfits No.6, 7 and 8 and 9 and dated 1948/49.

Punch hole to left hand top and bottom and some old sellotape to edges. Condition varies but generally Good to Good Plus. (2)
