The Matchbox Magic auction to be held on the 22nd of January includes Regular Wheels, Major Packs, King Size, Super Kings, Speed Kings, Convoy Series and Superfast models, including blister packs, twin packs, and gift sets. The Auction includes early Moko Lesney Toys, Japanese edition magazines, empty boxes, carry cases and Matchbox Models of Yesteryear.  There are rare colour variations including a reverse colour wreck truck, pre-production colour trial models and unused factory components.

Lot 18 - Matchbox Regular Wheels 13d Dodge BP Wreck Truck - Stannard Code 1 - dark green cab with silver trim to grille, headlamps & front number plate, dark green type A jibs with thin base, grey plastic hook, red roof-light, turquoise green windows, BP decals, lemon yellow rear body & base, 45-tread black plastic wheels - Excellent Plus with tiny pin prick chip to off side & minor rub to rear light, decals have natural age discolour but overall superb example of a genuine issue reverse colour Wreck Truck in Good creased type E2 box with "New Model" lettering to end flaps, with Matching Model Artwork.

Lot 20 - Matchbox Regular Wheels 15b Rotinoff Super Atlantic Ballast Tractor - Stannard Code 2 - rare matt orange body with silver trim, gloss black base, 24-tread grey plastic wheels with rounded axles - Excellent with tiny chip to rear load bed & a little paint loss around tow hook in Excellent later period type D1 box printed by Pembroke Abbey, nice example of this rare model.

Lot 224 - Matchbox Superfast 30a Faun Crane Truck - red cab & chassis, rare orange crane jib with yellow plastic hook, solid 5-spoke narrow wheels without tread pattern cast - Excellent plus with some tiny paint chips to rear of crane jib & ballast box in Excellent Plus "New" type G box.
