Please note if you are able to login but NOT to bid live, you need to clear your browser history, to do this you need to -

1. Log out of your Vectis Account 
2. Click on the three dots on the top right hand of the browser page.
3. Select 'More Tools'
4. Click 'Clear Browsing History / Data'
5. Ensure 'Cookies and Site Data' is selected. Clear data.

Log back in to your Vectis Account. You should now be ok to Live Bid. If you are still experiencing any issues please contact Vectis on
