The General Toy sale held on the 15th of December featured groups of boxed and unboxed models from Corgi, Dinky, EFE, Lledo, Spot-On, Base-Toys Ltd, Matchbox and many others. Lots included Corgi Aviation Archive, Corgi Classics and Heavy Haulage; construction models from NZG, Conrad and Joel, plus Franklin Mint, Autoart, and Britbus.  Further items included Lego, Remote Control vehicles, Barbie Trade Boxes, TV and Film related vehicles, magazines, posters, vintage games consoles and board games, vinyl albums and player, CDs, ceramics, general children’s toys, trikes, soft toys and display cabinets.


A large quantity of "Screen International" magazines "The Paper of the Entertainment Industry" ranging from early 1976 issues through to 1980's. Please note there is no complete full runs. Conditions all generally appear to be Good (please note due the weight of this lot collection is advised). (lg qty)

Large quantity of mixed size Posters/Calendars comprising of Space/Aeronautic theme, Holiday and Travel posters, Military posters and similar to include 4 x very large laminated posters "The Daily Telegraph - History of World War II", travel and destination posters including "Tokyo - Lufthansa", "Spain - Ibiza", "New York - Lufthansa", "Kilimanjaro - Lufthansa" along with others, space related posters and calendars including a calendar from 1983 which each month depicting Planets along with other large format posters (please note the majority of these posters are all travel/holiday destination posters and there may be duplication in this lot as none have been checked). This is an extremely interesting lot and well worth a good sort. Also to include in this lot is what appears to be a large format/billboard poster which appears to come in 3 large full colour sections titled "Battle of Hastings 1066 to 1966 - Guinness" this is an interesting very large format poster but please note this does suffer from edge and corner creasing and tearing along with at some point it has been pinned on a wall therefore has sellotape and drawing pin holes/marks to each corner. Conditions of all these posters generally range from Poor to Good (please note there may be duplication and none have been checked for correctness/completeness as all of them appear to have been tightly rolled up for some years. Spot-on (Models by Triang) a group of unboxed Commercial Vehicles comprising of L.T. Routemaster Bus "Ovaltine", A.E.C. Major '8' Tanker "Shell/BP" & A.E.C. Major '8' Flatbed Brick Lorry "London Brick Co Limited". Conditions generally appear to be Fair to Good. (3)

Corgi a boxed Original Omnibus Company group to include OM41603 Crossley DD-12 Portsmouth, OM41411 ROE body Darlington plus others similar. Conditions appear Excellent to Mint (some models may be missing wing mirrors) in Good Plus to Near Mint boxes. (11)
