General Toy Sale - Thursday 16th November 2017
The General Toy sale to be held on the 16th of November features The Hertfordshire Aircraft Collection – 79 lots of Dinky, Corgi, Wiking, Matchbox and Collection Armour aircraft groups, including many military models. The sale will also include further aircraft and military lots; Matchbox Models of Yesteryear, Dinky, Corgi and many others. The sale will conclude with over 280 lots of general toys, including trucks, construction, emergency services, cars and commercials, plus TV & Film related, Airfix, and Corgi Aviation Archive.
Lot 1007
Dinky No.749 Avro Vulcan Delta Wing Bomber - finished in silver with RAF roundels to wings and cockpit sides, tricolour flag to tail - Excellent Plus does have usual factory finish marks to casting - still a beautiful bright example of a very scarce model.

Corgi GS17 Gift Set comprising Land Rover - dark red, cream plastic canopy, lemon interior, spun hubs with Ferrari Racing Car - dark red spun hubs, racing number 36 with driver figure and mounted on dark yellow trailer - generally Excellent, some small chips to trailer and would benefit from light cleaning in a Good slightly grubby box with Good inner tray.

Wings of Texaco a boxed group (1) 12th in the series 1939 Beechcraft D17S "Staggerwing"; (2) similar but special edition with black chrome finish; (3) 13th in the series 1929 Waco ASO "Waco Straightwing"; (4) similar but special edition finished in brushed metal - Mint in Excellent to Near Mint packaging, includes some original advertising posters difficult to find within the UK. (4)
