Steiff German exclusive Balloon Driver Bear, white tag 670619, LE 2000, 1993, mohair, complete with his own hot air balloon, 4 sand bags, 2 bottles of champagne and a pair of binoculars, MISSING certificate, within Fair box (mould stains), 10.5"/27cm; would benefit from cleaning due to damp odour otherwise Good.
