Kenner Star Wars Vintage Sandpeople 12 Back-B AFA graded C75 B80 F85 (graded in 2006).
Note that the figure is graded C85 (in 2006). However there is noticeable plastic degradation to the cloak. Which is likely this occurred after the grading process.
The card also has a faint ink line across the middle.
