A House for a Home The Ultimate Doll's House built by Clive Addis, "The Elms" 1542, wooden 1/12 scale Tudor doll's house No.61, two storeys plus loft space, roof opens to reveal loft space comprising of two rooms either side of stair case, second floor opens at front to three rooms and landing, ground floor comprises of hall and two rooms. House splits apart into three sections, ground floor, 2nd floor and loft/roof, fully wired (untested), with lights and outside street lamp. Comes with complete documentation and plans. NB. The house took over 407 hours to complete and cost £3054. Baseboard - 47"/119cm x 24"/61cm, House H-38"/96cm (to top of chimney) W - 44"/112cm, D - 19"/49cm. COLLECTION ONLY FROM STOCKTON ON TEES OFFICE.

Payment for lots can be made by Credit or Debit card (we accept all major cards), by Bank Transfer, or by cheque provided we have a bank guarantee or alternative arrangements have been agreed.
