Piano playing automaton Armand Marseille bisque doll, impressed 390 A 0 M, fixed blue eyes, open mouth, blonde wig, lower bisque arms, body houses clockwork mechanism, untested, series of elaborate gears once caused doll to move hands up and down upon piano keys, head from side-to-side, also some musical element housed inside piano (inoperable), wooden piano, with glass inset window, featuring miniature diorama of wooden lady's torso and clown (this also may have had some movement), external brass candle sticks, Egyptian-type busts, brass handles either end, wooden fret-work phoenix to rear, black monkey is seated upon piano (covered in black plush fabric), also has had some movement, comes with a key, piano measures 22"/31cm tall x 16"/41cm long x 7"/18cm deep. NB: has had some restoration as some fabrics are man-made. Not original condition, but interesting item.
