Group of Meccano Envelopes & Trade Order Form. (1) large envelope (approx 11.5" x 8.25" - 29cm x 21cm) illustrating Block Setting Crane lifting a large packing case of Meccano, post mark indistinct but appears to say August 1927 (envelope has some graffiti to bottom left corner); (2) medium sized envelope measuring approx 9" x 6.25" (22.5cm x 16cm) "The World's Best Toys on Display at Your Local Store Meccano Ltd Toronto" complete with letter dated December 12th 1940 "Enclosed is a Meccano catalogue and parts list in French and we can of course send you anything from here that you require of our goods"; (3) postcard size Meccano Ltd Liverpool with open front window franked 24th January 1930; (4) mid to late 1950's issue advice note envelope which has been previously folded; (5) Meccano France Ltd factory trade order form dated 1st November 1930 for Hornby O Gauge M3 0-4-0 Tank Loco; (6) further Meccano France Ltd factory trade order form dated 21st November 1930 detailing an order for various Meccano sets, Hornby O Gauge M Series Locomotives, Meccano Motor & various parts which were originally attached to a separate sheet but this sheet is now missing - condition varies from Fair to Excellent. (6)
