A J Ceramics (UK) Clare original porcelain artist doll, by John and Angela Barker, LE 6/25, green/grey glass eyes, auburn wig, cloth upper arms and porcelain jointed body, wearing Late Victorian Ball Gown- from exclusively woven fabric, antiqued silk taffeta in fine green and gold stripe, double box ruffled frill/train, draped over-skirt and bustle trimmed with double bows and tails, draped and crushed front bodice panel mounted on black shot toning velvet, trimmed with gold lace and gold rose trim, full elbow length sleeves draped/crushed, two-tier net petticoat trimmed with lace, matching silk slippers, with certificate, HEAD IS CRACKED- FROM LEFT FOREHEAD- EXTENDS DOWN CHEEK TO REAR OF HEAD, otherwise Excellent Plus, 29"/74cm.
