Full Lot Description

Militaria - Bayonets, comprising: British 1900 Dated, 1888 Pattern MK I Type 2 Sword Bayonet By Wilkinson & MK I Leather Scabbard. The Ricasso of the Blade is Marked, "Crown VR" & "12 00" above "Wilkinson London", Identifying the Bayonet as being Manufactured in December 1900. The reverse of the Ricasso is Stamped with Inspection Marks and the War Department "Broad Arrow". This Bayonet comes complete with a Black Leather Scabbard & Tear Drop Frog Stud. Some service wear/blade stains otherwise generally Excellent overall. From the Estate of a Highly Distinguished UK Collector.
