Full Lot Description

Chad Valley London double decker bus biscuit tin - scarce post-war toy bus, constructed from aluminium, designed to be a confectionary container, the removable roof is the container lid, aluminium construction, red, cream window surrounds with Carr's and other advertising. This model is the non-motorised version with tin printed detail including radiator grille, balloon wheels and conductor to rear platform, some age wear to the edges and roof, wear to the window silvering but otherwise a Good Plus to Excellent example for display which still retains the front mudguards (often missing), 10"/26cm long.

Payment for lots can be made by Credit or Debit card (we accept all major cards), by Bank Transfer, or by cheque provided we have a bank guarantee or alternative arrangements have been agreed.
