Full Lot Description

A Lines Bros wooden child's bakers confectioners hand cart, British, 1920s, triangular L Bros Ltd logo to either side, the blue painted cart with red coach lines, red and gold lettered transfers to either side stating: Baker Confectioner, embellished with ears of wheat, half of lid lifts to reveal wooden baker's tray with four papier mache loaves of bread, front has opening flap, as well as drawer beneath, seated on wooden chassis with two large metal ten spoked wheels, tyres are hard rubber, small stabilising wheel to front, varnish has caused paint to discolour - appears green overall some chips to paint, edges chipped and cracked in places, chassis and wheels surface rust, 19"/48cm tall x 29"/74cm long, wheels 12.5"/32cm diameter.
