Identified as a Wookey Hole attraction display example from 2005, notable for its well-documented theft from the Wookey Hole site later that year before subsequent recovery,

🗣️Includes a voice modulator to give the user the voice of the Dalek. Comes with speaker, plug in battery, headset and spare headlamps should the user wish to wire them up so that they flash.
