Imagine attending a school fayre and picking up a signed Harry Potter book. 
Back in 2002 when it was impossible to anticipate the success of the Harry Potter franchise, our vendor bought a copy of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone paper back book at his son's school fayre in Muswell Hill, London.
The book had been signed by three of the films then relatively unknown actors, Daniel Ratcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint, when one of the students from the school had been working as an extra during filming in 2000.~ Daniel Ratcliffe was only eleven years old during the production of the first Harry Potter film. 
That book sold in our 8th of January auction for a fantastic £1,715*
