Matchbox Regular Wheels No.16c Scammell Snow Plough pair (1) grey cab and chassis,, orange tipper, dark orange & white blade decal, type B base with hole, closed cab steps, 11.5 x 45 tread black plastic wheels (2) similar with grey plastic wheels, blade with red & white decal (a few marks) - Excellent to Near Mint in generally Excellent type E4 boxes. (2)
