Britains - Lilliput Vehicle Range, 1957, Listing, comprising: 8vo size [32 x 21cm when opened] colour/monochrome illustrated gate fold leaflet announcing the introduction of Lilliput Vehicles sold in individual colour display cartons, lists the entire 1957 range [19 vehicles] & the two new [differently sized] display boxes. Complete with technical details & format listing information. The leaflet exclaiming - "Britains Ltd. Are now able to offer their well known Lilliput Vehicle Range of Army, Farm & Civilian Models in Colourful Display Cartons. Each Model in a Single Carton." Very minor age wear & "ghost" folds otherwise Near Mint. VERY RARE in any condition, this being the only example in this format ever to have been seen/offered for sale by Vectis.

Britains - Shop Display Sign circa 1955, comprising: Small Sign for "Britains Zoo" Ranges, polychrome finish, 27 x 16cm, the design is in the form of a Picture Frame with fold-out support strut & metal framing. The face depicting various Zoo Animals on a pale blue background. Probably by Gibbs & Gibbs Ltd. [London] the Company that produced "Washable Auto-Gloss Showcards" for Britains in the 1950's. Britains - Cococubs, comprising: 1 x [Repro'] 1930's Bourneville Cocoa tin Advertising sign [20.5 x 19cm], 2 x C-Cubs Annuals [1950/1953], 3 x Cadbury's C-Cubs News [various Post War Issues], Bourneville Cocoa "Prizes for Children" flyer [1933] & 25 x [some duplicates] copies of: "The Cococub News" various issues from: No' 10 - December 1936 to No' 34 July-August,1939 [not a full set]. Includes the Coronation [George VI] Issue [2 copies]. Each issue generally comprises 12 pages of articles & quizzes etc. The Cococub figures were originally made by Britains as promotional items from 1934 and packed as gifts in tins of Cadburys Bournville Cocoa.
