Admin Office:
Lorna works in the admin office, answering telephone calls, general administration, logging in collections, dealing with advertising / PR, keeping the toy related publications abreast of what’s happening at Vectis, supplying them with hundreds of images for reproduction in price guides etc and occasionally persuading the media to become involved.
She will also be there on the rare occasion should anything go wrong with a missing/damaged parcel you’ll be contacted by her in order to resolve the matter to a swift satisfactory conclusion.
