Admin Office:
Lorna Michelle
Lorna works in the admin office, answering telephone calls, general administration, logging in collections, dealing with advertising / PR, keeping the toy related publications abreast of what’s happening at Vectis, supplying them with hundreds of images for reproduction in price guides etc and occasionally persuading the media to become involved.
She will also be there on the rare occasion should anything go wrong with a missing/damaged parcel you’ll be contacted by her in order to resolve the matter to a swift satisfactory conclusion. Michelle has been working within the Hambleton Group, in several different departments, since 1998 and has now made here way through to Vectis.
Michelle will be your first port of call for enquiries sent through to the admin@vectis email address along with answering many of the calls to the switchboard.
We've also 'roped' her into clerking on the day of the auction or helping out with the internet bidding.
